Serviceteam IT to provide high-speed fibre optic lines to SubstraktLast updated on: April 25, 2017, Author: Editorial Team
Birmingham-based communications infrastructure provider Serviceteam IT has added a digital agency Substrakt to its client roster.
The IT company will provide high-speed fibre optic lines to Substrakt, a digital agency that builds websites for clients such as the English National Opera and the Birmingham Hippodrome.
The landing of Substrakt has topped a successful year for the company and since 2014 it has trebled its client list to include energy giant First Utility and insurance firm GAB Robins.
Sebastian Jesson-Ward, head of operations at Serviceteam IT commented: ‘The communications infrastructure market place is intensely competitive and to secure such a high profile client like Substrakt is a great achievement.
‘Every week millions of people visit the websites that Substrakt build and maintain. To help them achieve that is a great privilege.
‘Our technical team will make sure everything behind the scenes works brilliantly, all the time.’
Mr Jesson-Ward said his team landed the contract after delivering the fibre internet in just 26 days.
He said: ‘Our competitors take twice that time. We have developed strong relationships with our suppliers and we push them harder to deliver quicker results and to address our clients’ needs,’ he said.
Scott Whitehouse, Head of Technical Delivery for Substrakt, said: “Having a reliable connection for our staff, and with our high-profile clients, it is absolutely vital for us.
‘We are delighted to be teaming up with Serviceteam IT to provide this infrastructure.’
