A Wiltshire-based distributor of embedded boards, systems and software is set to operate as part of a global group following an acquisition advised by KBS Corporate. Sarsen Technology will join HIPER Global, which has its UK base in Wokingham, Berkshire.
Sarsen’s clients span the defence, aerospace and cybersecurity sectors, with the company now set to benefit from the scale and resources of an international organisation.

HIPER Global supplies computing hardware to OEMs and ISVs and has facilities in the UK, US, the Middle East and Germany.
