Ciphr, a Berkshire-based provider of HR software, has invested in MyTeamBuilder, a start-up which specialises in personalised AI-powered coaching for businesses.
Founded in 2023, MyTeamBuilder aims to help businesses improve team cohesiveness and support employee engagement and retention by facilitating better understanding, communication, and collaboration between team members.
Operating on a scalable, subscription-based model, MyTeamBuilder provides individual users with a 24/7 personal AI coach to support their personal and professional growth.
It also gives managers real-time insights and actionable advice about the different personality types in their team, including preferences, motivations, and strengths, in order to adapt their management style and behaviour to suit unique individual needs.
The platform includes live mood tracking and trending topic analysis, eliminating the need for surveys.
Ciphr’s chief executive Sion Lewis and chief financial officer Ray Berry have joined the board of MyTeamBuilder as part of the deal.
