Female-founded artificial intelligence startup Etiq AI has successfully raised \u00a3766,000 in seed funding, which will be used to scale the company’s newly launched “Data Science Copilot,” a platform designed to dramatically accelerate the often time-consuming processes of debugging and testing machine learning models.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As revenues within the data science platform sector are projected to soar beyond \u00a3250 billion by 2026, tools that enhance the productivity of developers are attracting significant attention. Etiq AI joins a burgeoning field of AI infrastructure startups, distinguishing itself by placing a strong emphasis on the robustness and fairness of models after they have been trained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Founded by CEO Iris Anson and CTO Raluca Crisan, Etiq AI has used its extensive experience in machine learning and AI testing to understand the challenges faced by data scientists in debugging code and operationalising pipelines. This insight directly led to the development and launch of Etiq\u2019s Data Science Copilot in March 2025. The platform was conceived and built with a core objective: “how can we take the time taken to debug ML and AI pipelines from weeks to minutes”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Etiq\u2019s key features offer visibility into the logical flow of AI and machine learning code. The platform recommends the most effective tests to ensure pipeline robustness and incorporates Root Cause Analysis (RCA) agents capable of navigating code to pinpoint the origins of issues and suggest effective solutions. The startup is currently offering a 30-day free trial for data scientists and organisations seeking to bolster their AI capabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The newly secured funding will be strategically deployed to further develop product features that automate testing and debugging processes, while also expanding capabilities within the Large Language Model (LLM) domain. Additionally, Etiq AI plans to expand its team and intensify its commercial marketing efforts throughout 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
