London-based AI-powered start-up, Metaview, which was founded by former Uber and Palantir executives, has secured \u00a325 million in funding to further develop its suite of AI agents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Founded by ex-product and engineering leaders Siadhal Magos and Shahriar Tajbakhsh, the business aims to provide high-quality insights for hiring teams, and already boasts a client list that includes major brands such as Sony, ElevenLabs, and Deliveroo.. It seeks to make interviews a company’s most valuable asset, with its AI tools capturing, analysing, and leveraging data to ensure everyone is working from the same real-time information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Siadhal Magos, CEO and Co-Founder, said: \u201cAt Uber and Palantir, Shahriar and I saw the problem up close. Even with plenty of tools and systems, recruiting was still one of the most manual and data-starved parts of the business. Hiring was a big priority, but it always took months at a time. Key information was scattered. Feedback was unclear. And decisions were based on gut instinct more than anything else. That led to painful processes and inconsistent choices. Patterns were hard to see. And important hiring loops often fell apart because no one had the full picture. Ask ten people what makes a \u201cgreat hire,\u201d and you\u2019ll get ten different answers. The problem isn\u2019t judgment \u2014 it\u2019s lack of data. The most valuable insights in hiring come from interviews, intake calls, and debriefs. But until recently, that information was hidden, slowing down decisions right when speed matters most.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The company, which now has backing from “some of the best in the business,” has over 3,000 customers and has captured more than 3 million conversations. With this latest funding, the company’s total investment has reached $50 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Metaview plans to use the new funds to build a leading platform for companies adopting AI-first hiring strategies. It will also expand its product offerings to provide an even better experience for its customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
