GazeFirst, established in 2023 and based in Frankfurt, is known for its flagship product, the eyetuitive camera, which stands as one of the pioneering AI-powered eye gaze solutions available on the market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Smartbox stated that the technology offers intuitive calibration and cross-platform compatibility. The company also highlighted the significant potential for continuous development of the camera&#8217;s features and performance to align with the evolving needs of individuals who use Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dougal Hawes, group CEO at Smartbox, remarked: \u201cThis is a huge moment for the Smartbox family. We\u2019ve been using eye gaze technology since 2006 and have seen the life-changing impact it can have \u2013 empowering people to access their AAC devices and communicate independently.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He added: \u201cNow, with an AI-powered solution that we\u2019ll design and develop in-house, we\u2019re taking the next step.
