The collaboration aims to equip TfL&#8217;s innovation team with essential insights and resources to accelerate the development and adoption of new technologies from start-ups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plexal will lead a consortium that includes tech consultancy Sopra Steria in Edinburgh. This consortium will support TfL in several key areas: assessing emerging technologies for their potential impact, scouting innovative solutions to TfL&#8217;s operational challenges, conducting trials with start-ups within the TfL environment, and supporting product commercialisation and revenue generation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Founded by Delancey in 2017, Plexal specialises in facilitating strategic collaboration between government, industry, start-ups, and academia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Andrew Roughan, CEO of Plexal, commented: &#8220;There\u2019s a wealth of new solutions being developed in line with advancing technologies.
