Hampshire’s Onecom, a specialist in business communications technology and cloud communications, has announced the successful acquisition of Bath-based Gradwell Communications. This marks Onecom’s thirteenth acquisition since 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Gradwell Communications is a cloud technology company known for delivering cloud communications services to thousands of businesses. Its solution portfolio includes its own hosted voice system (Wave) and SIP network, as well as unified communications solutions leveraging 3CX and Microsoft Teams, alongside connectivity services. This acquisition provides Onecom with additional capabilities through Gradwell’s expert direct and channel teams, extends its geographic reach with new offices in Bath and Leeds, and adds a well-established customer base.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The acquisition is expected to bring numerous strategic benefits and opportunities for customers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
