After successfully launching its community platform and continuing its growth, collaborative community for women in technology, SheCanCode, is introducing a Mentoring Programme, which aims to provide support for women at every stage of their tech careers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For mentees, the programme provides access to experienced professionals who offer tailored guidance, career insights, and skill development opportunities. For mentors, it is a chance to share their knowledge and experience with the next generation of women in tech, while also refining their own leadership and coaching abilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participants also gain the opportunity to grow their professional network within SheCanCode\u2019s supportive community, connecting with others who share a commitment to promoting women in technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kayleigh Bateman, Content Director at SheCanCode, said: “Our Mentoring Programme connects passionate mentees with experienced mentors who can provide advice, share industry insights, and help navigate the challenges of a career in tech.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
