LogicMonitor, a US-based unicorn specialising in data centre optimisation, has secured a \u00a3640 million investment to fuel its expansion into the UK market, via its existing London office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The California-headquartered company provides real-time insights and predictive analytics to over 100,000 users across 30 countries, helping them optimise the performance, sustainability and resilience of their critical data centre infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The \u00a3640 million investment, a mix of equity and strategic financing, was led by a consortium including PSG, Golub Capital, and others. Vista Equity Partners, the controlling shareholder of LogicMonitor, will retain its majority stake in the company, which is now valued at approximately \u00a31.9 billion, including debt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The company has an office in London where over 100 people are employed. A spokesperson for the company confirmed that approximately a third of LogicMonitor’s total business comes from EMEA and the UK is the largest contributor. This makes LogicMonitor’s UK base in London a significant part of the business’ EMEA operations: \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
