Rydal Group expands UK footprint with Midlands tech acquisition

Rydal Group, a growing technology partner, has announced the successful acquisition of the IT client base of Trisoft, a Midlands-based technology provider. This move forms part of Rydal Group’s ongoing strategy to expand its reach across the United Kingdom.

Nottingham-headquartered Trisoft supplies a range of technology and software solutions to businesses and hospitals. As part of the acquisition, all of Trisoft’s IT staff have transferred to Rydal Group. To ensure a seamless transition for clients, a dedicated support line has been established.

Founded in 2008, Rydal Group has steadily grown into a multi-site operation, with existing offices in Peterborough, Lichfield, and Lancaster, alongside a dedicated data centre and ISP operation in Huntingdon.
