Barron McCann acquires majority stake in Retail247
East Midlands-based technology company Barron McCann has acquired a majority stake in Retail247, a specialist software firm known for developing cloud-based systems for the retail and trade sectors.
Retail247, headquartered in London, provides intelligent technology solutions to a range of well-known retail brands, including Reiss, Crew Clothing, Mint Velvet, Radley and Piglet in Bed. The company will continue to operate under its existing name.

Barron McCann is part of the wider Barron McCann Group, which generates £50 million in combined revenues. The company supports more than 21,000 customer sites across the UK and provides hardware procurement, managed IT services and supply chain management software. Its clients include Papa Johns, Iceland and Vue Cinemas.
