Littlefish Group acquires cyber specialist Stripe OLT

Littlefish Group has acquired Stripe OLT, a cyber security specialist with expertise in Microsoft-based solutions. The acquisition was announced on 17 February 2026.

Littlefish Group said the move strengthens its position as an end-to-end digital services organisation and supports its ongoing growth strategy. The company stated that increasing security, regulatory and operational pressures are driving demand for integrated IT and cyber security services.

Stripe OLT provides managed cyber security, threat detection, penetration testing and Security Operations Centre services. Littlefish Group said the acquisition expands its existing security portfolio and enhances its ability to support customers with integrated IT and security services.

Following the acquisition, the combined organisation will have a workforce of around 900 specialists. The enlarged group will provide Microsoft-based solutions across cyber security, managed IT and modern workplace services.
