Node4 named Fortinet Engage Tech Support Partner
Node4 has been named an Engage Tech Support Partner within the Fortinet Engage Partner Program. The announcement was made on 11 February 2026. Node4 is based in Derby and provides managed cloud, connectivity and security services to mid-market and enterprise organisations.
The designation recognises Node4’s ability to support, operate and maintain Fortinet security solutions for customers. As part of the programme, partners gain access to live workshops delivered by Fortinet subject matter experts, along with product-focused training and a faster route into Fortinet support services.
According to Fortinet, the programme is designed to help partners maintain service quality while broadening the range of Fortinet security solutions they can support. Membership also allows partners to engage more directly with Fortinet support teams when technical issues arise.
Andy Cattell, UK Director of Telco & MSSP at Fortinet, said: “We are proud to welcome Node4 into Fortinet’s Engage Technical Support Partner program. This milestone reflects their commitment to excellence and their ability to deliver outstanding security services powered by Fortinet technology. Together, we are strengthening our partnership to help customers stay secure, resilient, and ready for the future.”
Tracy Stanning, Alliances Director at Node4, said the status reflects investment in skills and training across Fortinet products. She said:
“Achieving Fortinet’s Engage Tech Support Partner status is a significant milestone and a powerful differentiator for Node4. It validates the substantial investment we’ve made in developing deep, hands-on expertise across the full Fortinet portfolio and gives our teams privileged access to senior Fortinet engineers through accelerated escalation paths.
“For our customers, this means faster resolution, stronger end-to-end support ownership, and confidence that their security environment is being managed by one of the most capable and highly accredited Fortinet partners in the UK. ETSP status strengthens our ability to deliver exceptional outcomes across Secure SD-WAN, SASE, LAN, and wider network security services, helping organisations stay secure, agile, and resilient in an increasingly complex threat landscape.”
Fortinet said its Engage Partner Program is intended to support partners responding to changes in working practices, hybrid IT environments and security risks. The programme provides tools and resources to help partners address customer requirements across data centre, cloud and network environments.
