FHL Cloud Solutions saw a single digit revenue increase for financial year ending 31 March 2018. This is despite a year of significant change, with FHL becoming part of RSM UK in November 2017. The combined FHL and RSM businesses has formed the largest and leading NetSuite provider across Europe.

With the backing of RSM – a leading audit, tax and consulting firm – FHL is planning to drive revenue growth by 30 per cent (for financial year ending 31 March 2019) and almost double headcount.

‘To sustain revenue growth the same year as being acquired is a phenomenal achievement’, says Andrew Peddie, Managing Director of FHL Cloud Solutions. ‘This proves the resilience and professionalism of the FHL team. With RSM’s support, we’re now in an even stronger position and look forward to fast and sustained growth.’

FHL, which is a 5 star NetSuite solution provider, plans to increase its professional services capacity in order to fulfil the growing support needs of its own clients as well as RSM’s international client base. This will involve an intensive recruitment drive in partnership with Staffordshire University that will see FHL’s headcount substantially increase over the next 12 months.

Peddie says, ‘The professional services team, which provides first-rate implementation, training and ongoing support services, is our largest growth area. We’ll be working in partnership with Staffordshire University to recruit high calibre graduates and apprentices so that we can increase the bandwidth of our team.’

‘Our growth ambitions will undoubtedly consolidate FHL’s position as Europe’s leading cloud solutions provider’, adds Peddie.
