ClearCourse buys CRM platform provider FLG

ClearCourse has bought a Burnley-headquartered CRM platform FLG that helps SMEs manage sales leads and automate processes.

Founded in 2007, FLG adapts and integrates into a company’s legacy systems to provide workflow services designed to allow for the automated management of up to one million leads.

Clients include Creditfix, Etico Group, and TFS Loans.

It is the 18th outfit to join ClearCourse.

FLG founder and managing director John Jackson will be leaving the company, with all other staff remaining in place.

Gerry Gualtieri, chief executive of ClearCourse, said: “CRM is a core component of ClearCourse’s growing portfolio of complementary software companies, so we’re delighted to welcome FLG on board.

“We look forward to working with the management team to realise operational synergies enhance client acquisition and streamline online marketing efforts.”

Jackson added: “ClearCourse has an excellent reputation in the CRM industry for creating new opportunities and driving operational growth.

“Like ClearCourse, FLG was founded with the ambition to do things differently and better, and the synergies between the two companies will ensure a successful future for both.”
