Distology, a cybersecurity distributor, has entered into a new partnership with Tenable, a security company listed on the Nasdaq exchange. The Manchester-based firm will add the exposure management platform from Tenable to its portfolio. This agreement provides channel partners in the UK and EMEA with access to technology designed to evaluate and prioritise security risks across cloud, identity, and operational environments.

Tenable appeared in the 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Exposure Assessment Platforms. Distology stated that the deal is part of its technology strategy for 2025-26, as clients manage an expanding attack surface and increasing pressure to connect cybersecurity decisions with business risk. Exposure management and continuous threat exposure management (CTEM) are becoming a focus for security teams looking for methods beyond traditional vulnerability scanning.

The platform uses artificial intelligence to provide a view of an organisation’s attack surface, helping security teams identify the exposures likely to cause real-world impact. The technology covers vulnerability management and cloud security, which Distology noted are merging for its partners and customer base.

Hayley Roberts, CEO of Distology, said: “Signing a vendor like Tenable is a huge milestone for us as a business. We were first introduced to Tenable a decade ago, and to see this partnership come to life now is a testament to the journey both organisations have been on, and shows that even vendors in accelerated growth mode still need support with channel enablement. This partnership reinforces our value-led, consultative approach while strengthening our technology strategy in critical focus areas. We are all incredibly excited to begin this collaboration, and kudos to the amazing team at Distology for showcasing their brilliant work.”

Guy March, vice president, channel sales EMEA at Tenable, added: “We are excited to partner with Distology based on their deep expertise in the cybersecurity channel and their clear ambition, culture and people-first approach. In addition, we were drawn to Distology’s established reputation for delivering innovative and disruptive solutions to the UKI channel. This partnership will allow us to scale our reach into new markets, providing businesses with specialised knowledge and support to successfully deploy and manage the Tenable One Exposure Management platform. Our joint objective is clear – to drive incremental growth and deliver exceptional value to our mutual partners and customers.”

Distology works across the EMEA region as a specialist distributor of cybersecurity products and services, working with both established and emerging vendors. The company was established in 2014 and has been managed by Hayley Roberts since 2015.
