TribePad&#8217;s software has reduced recruitment costs, time taken to hire and skill matching across multiple vacancies.<\/p>\n<div>\n<div>TribePad has recently released a new programme known as \u2018anonymised applications\u2019 feature. This helps the BBC to remove unconscious bias from the application process, enabling recruiters to hire candidates based on their skills and expertise instead of their culture, background or race.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>The idea of anonymised applications, previously known as \u2018blind recruitment\u2019 was supported by David Cameron at the back end of 2015 to improve diversity within the workplace.<\/p>\n<p>Ruth Batley, resourcing business partner for the BBC said: \u201cWorking with TribePad has made a positive impact on our business.
