Cloudsource Technologies has been awarded Best Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SME) Vertical Market Solution at the Comms National Awards, organised by Comms Dealer magazine.<\/p>\n
The Best SME Vertical Market Solution category recognises resellers that have created tailored solutions to help SME clients be more effective.<\/p>\n
Cloudsource’s entry for this category was based on a solution designed for Blue Diamond Group, a group of 17 garden centres throughout the UK and Channel Islands.<\/p>\n
The hybrid cloud solution they created included a new telephone system, IT infrastructure and broadband, and enabled Blue Diamond Group to communicate better between its websites, improve customer service and lower costs.<\/p>\n
Sales director, Paul Mahon, said: \u201cThis award acknowledges one of our strengths which is to listen to the customer and work around their needs, rather than our own.<\/p>\n
\u201cOur team worked closely with Blue Diamond Group to make sure the solution was the perfect fit for their business requirements, from day to day process through to their plans for future growth.\u201d<\/p>\n
Carl Lowe, managing director, added: \u201cAt last year’s ceremony we were so close to taking the win but ended up coming home with Highly Commended in this category, so we couldn’t be happier to walk away with the award this time.<\/p>\n
