Bradford cyber security business which counts 10 per cent of the FTSE 100 as clients has revealed it plans to float with a market capitalisation of \u00a315 million.<\/p>\n
Established in 2000, ECSC claims to be the UK’s longest running, ‘full service’ information and cyber security service provider. ECSC has grown rapidly to offer a complete range of cyber security solutions and services to all sectors, including education, retail, legal, financial and local authorities. The firm’s client list ranges from e-commerce start-ups to global organisations.<\/p>\n
Services offered include incident response, testing and cyber security review, while solutions offered include firewalls, IPS, IDS and vulnerability scanning.<\/p>\n
ECSC, which hopes to raise \u00a35m through an initial public offering on AIM, provides clients with services including incident response, cyber security reviews and technical penetration testing. \u00a0A target date of 14 December 2016 has been set by the business for the flotation.<\/p>\n
