To achieve Total Communications status, a provider must have invested\u00a0over 1,000 hours of Vodafone capability training across its\u00a0business and demonstrate customer service excellence against a set of\u00a0stringent criteria.<\/p>\nSunderland telecoms and IT company CCS has been selected as one of\u00a0the first companies to achieve the highest status in Vodafone’s new\u00a0partner programme.<\/p>\n
CCS works with household names across the UK, and is the only company\u00a0in the North East region to have been awarded the new Total\u00a0Communications partner status, under the new Vodafone Partner Programme\u00a0which went live this month.<\/p>\n
Established in 1986, CCS supplied and installed the first mobile phone\u00a0for business in the North East and currently provides a variety of B2B\u00a0telecommunications and IT technology, including mobile phones, IT\u00a0products and services, desktop support and telephony platforms.<\/p>\n
