The recruitment drive is underpinned by\u00a0\u00a313m investment from Chinese business group Fosun.<\/p>\n<p>The Floow\u2019s chief operating officer David James said: &#8220;This is a strategic decision for The Floow as we enter another period of rapid growth and expansion which has resulted in yet another recruitment drive to allow us to fulfil a plethora of technical roles at our Sheffield headquarters.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The telematics company is working with Yorkshire recruitment specialist Affecto\u00a0to recruit the new staff.<\/p>\n<p>James added: &#8220;Having worked with Affecto since our foundation we are confident that they have the skills and expertise needed to manage this process for us and to identify the right individuals to join our team.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Daniel Koseoglu, managing director of Affecto, said: &#8220;We have worked shoulder-to-shoulder with The Floow since its foundation in 2012 and are invested in the company&#8217;s vision to be the best work place for all who aspire to harness sensors, software and data in pursuit of smarter and safer mobility.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This latest partnership \u2013 during which we will deliver the firm&#8217;s 2017 recruitment strategy on an exclusive basis \u2013 will see us continue to identify and secure the most talented, creative and ambitious people in the technology arena on behalf of The Floow.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The announcement follows a record quarter for Affecto, with sales up in excess of 200 per cent on the same period last year and further growth predicted throughout 2017 as it aims to double its consultant numbers.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n<div class=\"social squared social_article\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"hide-print\"><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sheffield-based telematics company The Floow is looking to double its workforce with 40 to 60 new recruites.
