Just a year after unveiling its Newcastle office, global tech consultancy Thoughtworks is set to embark on a new recruitment drive, aiming to fill 80 additional positions at its\u00a0Newcastle location.<\/p>\n
The 80 additional roles\u00a0will include\u00a0senior to junior positions, with opportunities also available within the Thoughtworks University\u00a0– a year-long program that immerses new hires in technical and consulting skills, to nurture individual growth.<\/p>\n
The company is also preparing to move to a fresh workspace to accommodate its growing team.\u00a0The upcoming state-of-the-art office has been expertly designed by Newcastle-based firm Aptus. With a strong emphasis on adaptability, the space caters to the hybrid work model that emerged post-pandemic. The facility will boast flexible meeting zones capable of hosting expansive virtual gatherings and in-person workshops, as well as combinations of both. Creative and collaborative areas will cater to smaller groups, while isolated quiet pods cater to those seeking focused independent work.<\/p>\n
Each section will be outfitted with cutting-edge technology, facilitating seamless remote connectivity.<\/p>\n
