Its operating subsidiaries include global talent services firm Morgan McKinley, business process managed services company Abtran, and advisory and technology services firm Org Advisory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to a company statement, this latest acquisition will specifically enhance the capabilities of the group\u2019s Org Advisory and Technology Services teams, which specialise in digital transformation, workforce technology enablement, and organisational design for technology-driven change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Venturi specialises in recruiting for key digital disciplines, including data and analytics, software engineering, enterprise resources planning (ERP), and customer relationship management (CRM) solutions.
