The site, which houses a cinema, gym, and various restaurants, now features 14 AC fast chargers, six DC50 rapid chargers, and 12 DC150 ultra-rapid chargers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The facility is accessible to drivers 24 hours a day, allowing for vehicle charging during visits to local amenities or while in transit. Each unit is designed for contactless payment to ensure ease of use for customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The installation at Cardigan Fields is part of a \u00a324,500,000 investment programme by Raw Charging and Landsec. This initiative aims to establish electric vehicle charging bays at 25 retail and leisure locations across the country. It follows a similar 32-bay installation at Xscape Yorkshire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To mark the opening, the company is providing free charging at the Leeds facility from 13 April to 19 April 2026 for those who register for the Raw Rewards programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neil Broadbank, Chief Commercial Officer at Raw Charging, said, \u201cThis launch marks a significant milestone in our partnership with Landsec and our mission to connect amazing places across the UK. With 24\/7 access and a mix of fast and ultra\u2011rapid chargers, drivers can recharge conveniently while enjoying everything Cardigan Fields has to offer.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mark Welsby, Centre Manager at Cardigan Fields, said, \u201cAs demand for electric vehicles continues to grow locally, providing convenient, reliable charging is essential.
