Suffolk-based electronics and manufacturing firm, Cogent Technology, has announced the acquisition of the commercial and residential hardware manufacturing business previously owned by EO. This strategic move marks an important step forward in Cogent Technology’s mission to deliver exceptional value, enhanced support, and innovative solutions.

After many years of supporting EO’s customers, Cogent is excited to be able to sell the established Mini Pro 3 and Genius 2 solutions directly to recognised brands serving both domestic and commercial users.
