Astralis Technology Ltd has secured a place on the national ICT Framework developed by the Northamptonshire Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner (PFCC) in partnership with BlueLight Commercial.
The ICT Framework enables public sector organisations across the UK — including emergency services, NHS trusts, schools, and charities — to procure secure and compliant IT services more efficiently. It is designed to support better value, simplify supplier evaluation, and encourage the adoption of compliant and sustainable IT solutions.
Astralis, based in Essex, will support the framework with accredited IT Lifecycle Services and IT Asset Disposal (ITAD), focusing on data security, compliance, and sustainability. The company holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials certifications.
“We’re delighted to have been awarded a place on the ICT Framework. This represents an exciting opportunity to support emergency services and public sector organisations with secure, compliant, and sustainable IT Lifecycle Services,” said Daniel Smith, CEO of Astralis Technology.
“Astralis was founded to bring a fresh, forward-thinking approach to ITAD and lifecycle solutions, and we look forward to working collaboratively with framework partners to deliver real value and positive impact for communities nationwide.”
The ICT Framework covers ten service categories, including IT hardware and software, digital transformation, and infrastructure. Savings achieved through the framework are reinvested into local and national public services.
Danielle Stone, Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for Northamptonshire, said:
“This is about making smart choices that benefit the people of Northamptonshire. By working together nationally with BlueLight Commercial, we’re able to offer futureproof, reliable solutions that help keep our communities safe and ensure every pound goes further.
The ICT Framework reflects our commitment to professionalism, innovation, and putting public interest first. It’s already making a difference – and it will continue to support better services for everyone.”
Astralis aims to assist framework users in securely managing IT assets throughout their lifecycle, including through secure data handling, redeployment, resale, and environmentally responsible recycling processes.
