Competent Boards is a globally recognised platform dedicated to the development of board directors and executives. Since its establishment in 2018, the firm has provided upskilling to thousands of leaders across an impressive 57 countries.
This strategic move unites two pioneering female-led entities in the field of board effectiveness. It combines Board Intelligence’s cutting-edge AI-powered tools and services with Competent Boards’ deep expertise in board assessment, director education, and crucially, sustainability governance.
Competent Boards’ alumni network includes influential directors and executives from Fortune 500 companies, prominent institutional investors, and major global organisations such as Rio Tinto, Coca-Cola, Manulife, and Tata Sons Private Limited.
