Lakeside Software has appointed Daniel Salinas as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO). He will oversee Sales, Customer Support, Customer Success, and Business Development as the company continues to expand its DEX (Digital Employee Experience) and DEM (Digital Experience Monitoring) platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
DEX refers to the end-to-end experience an employee has with digital systems, applications and devices in the workplace. Lakeside Software’s SysTrack platform captures real\u2011time telemetry from endpoints – collecting thousands of data points every few seconds – to provide complete visibility into IT environments. This enables proactive IT operations, root-cause analysis and enhanced end-user support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Salinas previously served as Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Lakeside, where he worked directly with CEO Mike Schumacher and contributed to the company\u2019s early\u2011stage growth. His most recent roles include Chief Revenue Officer positions at Nobl9 and Relay Network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
