UKG, a provider of HR, payroll, and workforce management software with offices in London, has appointed Jim Joudrey as its new Chief Technology Officer to oversee more than 4,000 employees globally. Joudrey brings over two decades of experience directing large engineering and technology teams at major software companies to the role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Joudrey\u2019s previous jobs include serving as vice president of digital acceleration at Amazon, where he managed digital e-commerce for more than 40 businesses, including Prime, Prime Video, Audible, Music, Devices, and Games. Earlier in his career at Amazon Web Services (AWS) Infrastructure, he held a technology leadership role with responsibility for engineering teams that focused on labour management, data centre automation, security, hardware vetting, and monitoring. Between his time at Amazon, he was senior vice president of analytics cloud engineering at Salesforce, after it acquired Tableau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At UKG, Joudrey will be tasked with shaping and implementing the company\u2019s technology vision, with an emphasis on developing its AI-first platform to assist customers with decision-making.
