Boatman Admin Services, a Caine, Wiltshire-based virtual assistant business, started by entrepreneur and director Emma Boatman from her kitchen table, has reported a 146 per cent increase in turnover.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Today, Boatman manages a team of trusted associates, mentors other virtual assistants (VAs), and has assisted over 160 UK businesses by giving them back the time required for success. This month, the Wiltshire firm marks its tenth anniversary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Boatman Admin also introduced Online Business Manager (OBM) services for clients, providing management-level support and helping to eliminate operational bottlenecks. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Emma Boatman commented: “When you give five hours to a VA, you\u2019re getting five hours back yourself. For strategy, growth, or the headspace it takes to run a business (or even to just live life!) Our clients know that\u2019s an investment, not an expense. Being a VA goes well beyond just having a laptop \u2013 there\u2019s process, structure, insurance and onboarding. The company maintains long-term client relationships, with the founding client, Swindon Will Writing, remaining on the books a decade later. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
