Financial details of the deal have not been made public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The business specialises in managed IT support, consultancy, cyber security and automation.<sup><\/sup> It recorded 40 per cent growth for two consecutive years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jukes said: <em>\u201cWe\u2019re a relatively young organisation and the last few years has been very much around building the foundations. We\u2019ve had some really good growth as well as lots of challenges and we\u2019ve shown tremendous resilience. What we\u2019re doing now is showing our current and future customers that we are a team that is committed to that next phase.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The buyout puts ownership directly in the hands of executives responsible for day-to-day operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The company originally focused on the defence sector before expanding into manufacturing, professional services and charities. Its third-sector clients include Dorothy House Hospice, Prospect Hospice and <a href=\"https:\/\/tbebathandsomerset.co.uk\/wiltshire-air-ambulance-signs-new-it-partnership-deal-with-mintivo\/\">Wiltshire and Bath Air Ambulance<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The financial expansion follows reports from Business in the News in mid-2025 detailing how system investments and staff training helped drive Mintivo\u2019s consecutive 40 per cent annual growth rate.<sup><\/sup> That performance established the operational stability and operational infrastructure required for the direct leadership team to take total ownership of the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jukes added:<em> \u201cOver the past few years we have had customers that have removed us from what our core business should be. I think now we\u2019ve become very authentic in terms of knowing what we\u2019re good at and are not afraid to effectively turn down business opportunities if they\u2019re not right for us.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mintivo now plans to scale through internal systems, technology, automation and artificial intelligence rather than continuous hiring. The business continues to recruit internally through apprenticeships where possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jukes concluded:<em> \u201cI think we\u2019re all really proud of what Mintivo has achieved in the last few years and we\u2019re just really excited about the next five now. We\u2019ve got to that point of stability where we know what we\u2019re doing next. We know what tomorrow\u2019s going to look like and how we get there.
