The Cheltenham-based company increased its headcount to 24 employees over the past 12 months, while expanding its user base by 30 per cent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The restructured leadership team sees former managing director Tom Henson move into the role of chief operating officer, while former professional rugby player Mark Atkinson becomes chief revenue officer.<sup><\/sup> Atkinson joined the business in 2024. Nigel Church remains chief executive officer.<sup><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mel Cheeseman joins as chief experience officer, bringing more than 35 years of operational and marketing leadership experience, alongside Phil Waters as fractional chief financial officer.<sup><\/sup> Waters previously served as managing director at Croft MSP.<sup><\/sup> Steve Brady has also been appointed head of innovation to oversee service development, artificial intelligence initiatives and client experience.<sup><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.computerweekly.com\/microscope\/news\/366649741\/Emerge-Digital-and-GCX-Managed-Services-bolster-management-teams\">leadership restructuring builds on operational changes<\/a> implemented earlier in 2026. Industry reporting from ChannelLife details how Emerge Digital achieved certified B Corporation status earlier in the year. That sustainability benchmarking process established formal governance structures that paved the way for the company&#8217;s executive restructuring and target to scale operations nationally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nigel Church, CEO said: <em>&#8220;When I look at our executive team, where they&#8217;ve come from and what their capabilities are, I truly believe it&#8217;s a team capable of delivering on our ambitions of becoming one of the leading managed services and technology partners nationally.<\/em> <em>It&#8217;s not just their experience either, they genuinely care.
