The system allows users to track investment holdings, submit paperwork and message advisers through encrypted channels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The mobile system operates alongside Goodmans&#8217; existing web-based client portal.<sup><\/sup> The encrypted platform is designed to replace standard email communication for sensitive financial transactions and document sharing.<sup><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The technology rollout follows recent internal leadership developments at the firm. Announcements from Goodmans Financial Planning detail how long-standing team member Sam Capstick was appointed to the board as a director, expanding the firm&#8217;s internal executive management structure. That corporate transition established the operational oversight required to integrate new digital infrastructure across its regional offices in Plymouth, Exeter and Bristol.<sup><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Andrew Moore, Managing Director at Goodmans Financial Planning, said: <em>\u201cClient experience has always been at the heart of what we do, and the Goodmans app is an important next step in how we support our clients, providing secure, on-the-go access to their financial information and advice team.<\/em> <em>Technology will never replace personal advice and face-to-face conversations at Goodmans.
