Founded in 1998, the Surrey-based firm delivers technology staffing and IT consultancy services to international clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Founder Paul Clark will remain in his role as chair of the company following the buyout, offering strategic direction to the executive leadership team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aminash Patel, chief executive of Penta Consulting, said: <em>&#8220;This transaction represents a significant milestone for Penta Consulting. We are incredibly proud of what has been built over the past 28 years and excited about the opportunities ahead.
