Tim Hanchet, managing director of tn4 Solutions, will remain with the business to manage client transitions and work with prospective customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The acquisition marks the sixth deal completed by Utilize as part of its ongoing expansion strategy. The company provides a range of managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and telecommunications services to corporate clients across the South East.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Following the integration of tn4 Solutions, Utilize projects its total headcount will exceed 150 employees by the end of the year, with annual revenues reaching approximately \u00a328 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Guy Hocking, managing director of Utilize, said:<em> &#8220;Bringing tn4 into Utilize is a great fit for both businesses. They&#8217;ve built strong customer relationships and bring valuable Sage 200 expertise that complements our existing team. That expertise, together with our existing capabilities gives us an opportunity to provide even better support to Sage customers, while helping businesses manage the wider technology challenges they face as they grow and evolve.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Warren Davies, founder and chief executive of Utilize, added: &#8220;Sage has been an important part of our growth, and tn4 brings both specialist knowledge and a substantial Sage 200 customer base to the group. This is a good fit for both businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;It strengthens our existing expertise, gives us greater capacity to support customers and creates opportunities to offer a broader range of technology services where they&#8217;re needed.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a previous transaction demonstrating its inorganic growth strategy, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.channelweb.co.uk\/news\/2025\/utilize-plc-ais-acquisition-guy-hocking\">Utilize acquired Essex-based managed IT and security provider Advanced Image Systems<\/a> (AIS) to strengthen its regional footprint and expand its core IT infrastructure capabilities.
