GOb2b specializes in helping businesses manage high volumes of stock, pricing options, and card payments, and works with a number of well-known brands including Yokohama and Viatek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ClearCourse will be able to leverage GOb2b&#8217;s expertise to offer its payments solution to a new customer base, while GOb2b will benefit from ClearCourse&#8217;s extensive networks and resources. Paul Dorey, former CEO of GOb2b, will remain involved with the company on a consultancy basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The transaction was led by partner Simon Davies, who said: \u201cGOb2b has built a robust customer base which has exciting growth potential, thanks to its ability to seamlessly onboard new customers while nurturing its existing relationships. In ClearCourse, it has found a partner that has the experience and resources to allow it to continue to expand while delivering the high-quality service it is known for.
