OryxAlign, a London-based managed IT services group, has announced the acquisition of SDT Holdings, encompassing its subsidiaries SDT Limited and Hosts Unlimited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The acquisition marks OryxAlign’s first foray into growth through acquisition, complementing its consistent organic expansion, and further solidifying its global presence alongside its existing operations in London, Manchester (UK), and the Philippines. The deal will significantly accelerate OryxAlign’s growth in South Africa, thanks to SDT’s established South African operations in Cape Town.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

OryxAlign will also integrate SDT’s UK office in Bracknell into its portfolio. This is projected to drive a substantial 31 per cent increase in annual revenues, elevating the company from \u00a315.2 million in 2023 to over \u00a320 million for the 2024\/25 financial year. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

OryxAlign gains access to SDT’s long-standing client relationships, enhancing OryxAlign’s capacity to deliver its comprehensive suite of 24\/7 managed IT services, enterprise networking, cloud transformation and managed cybersecurity solutions to an expanding client base.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SDT’s clients will now benefit from access to OryxAlign’s accredited governance frameworks, mature service management methodologies, and advanced enterprise technology platforms, including round-the-clock cybersecurity and a wider spectrum of technical expertise. The integration process will prioritise maintaining seamless service continuity for SDT’s clients as they are gradually transitioned onto OryxAlign’s technology platforms. Dedicated integration teams will collaborate closely to ensure a smooth transition for all stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
