Etive Technologies is working with three authorities to help them manage their tenants’ data and digital identity. The company provides products for handling personal and property digital data through a series of web-based ‘log books’.
Solihull Community Homes, Gloucester City Homes and London Borough of Tower Hamlets have all signed up to the service which the firm said allowed their combined databases of nearly 40,000 tenants to better manage their tenancy and digital identity.
