Professional services software firm CMap has relocated to a new 9,000 sq ft office space at Arkwright House in Parsonage Gardens, Manchester.
The private equity-backed company, which develops project management and resource planning software for professional services firms, maintains existing offices in Alderley Edge, Cheshire, and the United States. Backed by private equity firm ECI Partners, CMap employs a workforce of more than 140 staff and provides software to over 700 corporate clients across the UK and US markets.

We wanted our new space in Manchester to be somewhere our people genuinely want to be, that reflects the kind of business we’re building. Arkwright House gives us exactly that, a city-centre base with a skyline view to match, and the space to keep growing.

Arkwright House has recently undergone commercial refurbishment, incorporating updated communal spaces, fitness facilities, and wellness rooms.
In January 2024, CMap secured a growth investment from mid-market private equity investor ECI Partners to support its international expansion and accelerate product development. The investment provided the capital backing required to expand its technical teams and support client acquisition across North America and Europe, establishing the growth trajectory that led to its Manchester office footprint expansion.
