Solihull tech firm Stickee secures multi-million growth investment
A technology firm based in Solihull has secured a significant multi-million-pound growth investment from Santander UK.
Stickee, which has expertise in creative technology, specialises in developing advanced software solutions and data insights.
The investment from Santander will support Stickee’s ambitious expansion plans, enabling the firm to invest in proprietary software incorporating technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
Over the past three years, Stickee has witnessed growth, tripling its workforce.
With a projected 25% annual growth from 2023 to 2024, the company anticipates further workforce expansion as it capitalises on new contracts, driven by the growth investment.
Bobbie Bhogal, director at Stickee said: “Unlike other traditional banks which favour bricks and mortar investments only, Santander has understood the role of the technology and software and their high growth potential. The team’s friendly approach, willingness to engage and efficient follow-through is something I have not experienced with any other banks.
“At Stickee we needed to continue to invest in our proprietary software and to also invest in AI and Machine Learning to ensure that we take full advantage of emerging technologies, and the support from Santander will enable us to do so.”
