North Englands’ tech community prepares for the next Silicon Yorkshire lunch in Leeds

Silicon Yorkshire, the North’s burgeoning tech community, is gearing up to host its third business luncheon of the year. This exciting event will bring together members at Bibis restaurant in Leeds on 07 September from 12 pm to 3:30 pm.

Sponsored by two dynamic companies, York’s Blue Tree Consulting and Superscript, that are both known for their commitment to helping leaders, HR and organisations flourish, and simplifying insurance policies, this luncheon is expected to draw over 200 professionals hailing from the tech, digital and IT sectors. Silicon Yorkshire, boasting an impressive 3,000 pre-registrations even before its official launch, serves as a hub for top-tier tech sector executives and pioneering startup and scale-up digital enterprises spanning Yorkshire and beyond.

Building on the resounding success of previous luncheons, attendees can look forward to a warm welcome with a complimentary drink upon arrival, followed by a two-course meal. The highlight of the event will be a speech by Phil Marsland, the Founder of Blue Tree Consulting, which has offices on St. Oswald’s Road in Fulford.

Board director of Silicon Yorkshire, Gareth Huxall, comments: “From previous experience, we know that the Business Lunches are extremely popular with our members. They are a great way to come together in a relaxed setting and to meet with other professionals from the tech, digital and IT sector. What better way to meet with people than over a delicious two-course meal with drinks. It’s the perfect example of what a working lunch should be all about! We are all very much looking forward to it and to showcasing once again how working collaboratively leads to better business for us all.

“Having delivered two business lunches earlier this year, we know that they are over-subscribed, so we would encourage anyone that would like to come along to book early and avoid disappointment.”
