Leeds-based technology consultancy Iridium has expanded its team with the appointments of Phil Strong and Rick Falkingham to support its ongoing delivery and quality assurance operations.
Phil Strong joins the firm permanently as Delivery Practice Lead following a period working as an associate consultant. Strong brings over 20 years of experience managing technology programmes across infrastructure, software delivery, governance, and business transformation. His initial assignment involves managing a major platform migration for a long-standing client while developing Iridium’s internal delivery capabilities.
Rick Falkingham joins the Quality Assurance practice, bringing nearly ten years of software testing experience across the financial services and technology sectors to bolster the consultancy’s testing and software delivery capabilities.
