monday.com, a project management software firm, has inaugurated its largest European office in the heart of central London, thanks to the UK emerging as one of monday.com’s fastest-growing markets within the EMEA region.
The company now boasts over 20,000 customer accounts across the UK and Ireland. This impressive client base includes well-known names such as Channel 4, Transport for Greater Manchester, the Borough of Haringey and Farfetch.
To support this rapid expansion, the Israeli-founded company has more than doubled its workforce in London over the past year. By June, their London team is projected to exceed 300 employees, positioning monday.com as a significant tech employer in the UK.
The new 80,000 sq ft headquarters in Fitzrovia will consolidate monday.com’s regional leadership, Research and Development (R&D), product development, go-to-market, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Human Resources (HR), and legal teams under one roof. This strategic move establishes London as a pivotal base for monday.com’s EMEA expansion, bringing the company closer to both its UK customers and the rich talent pool that will shape its future development.
Pierre Berlin, General Manager of EMEA at monday.com, stated: “What we’re seeing across UK enterprise customers is a shift in expectation. It’s no longer enough to offer a flexible platform; companies want partners who move at speed, understand their complexity, and help them lead. This new London base is part of that commitment – to be embedded, accountable, and ambitious alongside them.”
The company has also strengthened its London-based leadership team. Ben Barnett has been promoted to Regional Vice President for the UK & Ireland; Steve Pearce has joined as Head of Product Design; and Cat Paterson has been appointed People Director for EMEA.
Eran Zinman, co-CEO of monday.com, commented: “Our London team plays a vital role in monday.com’s global success – from R&D and product to sales, marketing, and customer success. We are investing significantly in scaling our presence here, and that reflects the deep trust we have in the local ecosystem. As this region becomes a key growth engine for monday.com, our continued expansion is a source of immense pride across the company.”
