Global cybersecurity vendor ThreatLocker has appointed Harvey Neeves as vice president for its UK operations following the launch of a new office in Reading, supported by a recent £142 million Series F funding round.

In his new role, Neeves will oversee UK market operations, working directly with enterprise clients, managed service providers, and channel partners to support regional expansion.

Neeves previously held client-facing roles at ThreatLocker, managing account relationships across sectors including financial services, aviation, legal, and pharmaceuticals. During his tenure, he led the onboarding of major enterprise accounts, including Heathrow Airport, while managing recruitment for the company’s UK operational team.

The Reading site expansion follows international site launches in Brisbane, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi over the past 18 months.

Harvey Neeves said: “The volume of cyberattacks is growing exponentially in the UK, and it’s more important than ever for businesses to take cyber threats seriously. Having boots on the ground permanently in the UK puts ThreatLocker in a stronger position to work directly with customers and partners and shows our commitment to strengthening UK defences.”

In a related funding milestone that enabled its physical expansion into Reading, ThreatLocker raised £142 million in Series F equity funding led by venture capital firm Elephant, with participation from D. E. Shaw Ventures, Arthur Ventures, and Koch Disruptive Technologies. Securing growth capital allowed the zero-trust software provider to expand its international physical footprint and extend its endpoint security platform to protect cloud environments and artificial intelligence workloads.
