Managed service provider Ask4Support has launched a new service aimed at helping public and private sector organisations prepare for and deploy artificial intelligence.
The Oxfordshire-based business said the service is designed to support client adoption of artificial intelligence while maintaining security and data governance.
Simon Bayley, managing director at Ask4Support, said: “AI has enormous potential to transform organisations, but successful adoption is about much more than choosing the latest tools. Organisations need to ensure they are using these tools safely and securely and that any solutions they bring into their organisation do not jeopardise the security of their data and systems.”
The service will provide guidance to clients on selecting and implementing secure artificial intelligence tools.
The initiative follows the company’s broader expansion of its security governance portfolio, having formally secured ISO 9001 certification from the British Assessment Bureau alongside its existing Cyber Essentials accreditation. The quality management certification is directly relevant to the launch as it establishes standardized data handling and security protocols, which form the operational framework for the firm’s new artificial intelligence governance service. Further details on the company’s accreditation profile are published by Ask4Support.
