Redsquid, a managed security services provider based in Hertfordshire, has promoted Camilla Karm to the position of group MD. This appointment follows a period of growth and recent acquisitions for the firm.
Karm first joined the organisation as a web designer in 2019. Since that time, she has held various leadership roles within the sales and marketing departments, most recently serving as the chief revenue officer since last year.
The promotion was confirmed via a post on social media, where Karm reflected on the changes at the company during her tenure. The firm has expanded its workforce from 40 employees to more than 200 people.
“After nearly seven years with Redsquid, I’m excited to be starting our new financial year by stepping into the role of group MD,” she wrote. “Over that time, I’ve seen first-hand the transformation we’ve been through – from a reseller to an MSP and now an MSSP, growing the team from 40 to over 200 people, and building a business we’re proud of.”
Looking ahead, the company intends to focus on maintaining performance and operating as a single, unified group. Karm added the firm will now focus on delivering consistent performance, operating as a unified group and continuing to improve outcomes for customers, including Perlin Franco, Witney Town Council, Merson Group, and KEITS Training Services.
Redsquid is a fast-growing UK managed technology and cybersecurity provider, which announced the acquisition of Security Software Solutions Ltd (S3), a highly regarded specialist IT security provider known for its exceptional people and long-standing customer relationships, as its first in 2026 only recently.
