Epsom-headquartered technology services provider Penta Consulting has completed a £75m management buyout, with its senior leadership team increasing their equity stake in the company.

The transaction sees chief executive Aminash Patel and the current executive team step up to manage the business’s next expansion phase. Founded in 1998, the Surrey-based firm delivers technology staffing and IT consultancy services to international clients.

Founder Paul Clark will remain in his role as chair of the company following the buyout, offering strategic direction to the executive leadership team.

The MBO comes as Penta Consulting expands its international technology services, particularly across telecoms, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise IT deployments.
